It is certainly no secret that 2023 was a tough year in Real Estate. Arguably the most challenging, in fact, since the housing market collapse of 2008. We watched many of our industry colleagues and friends struggle as their business slowed by 40-50%, while others left the industry completely.
For that reason, along with many others, my team and I feel incredibly fortunate to have had the year we did, despite the countless challenges, and are feeling more confident than ever that we have built a team that can sustain any storm, and still deliver the highest level of excellence to our sellers and buyers.
