Since my start in real estate, my team and I have had amazing marketing for our listings that were, at the time, closer to Portland’s average price point – though far fewer clients back then! Over the years, slowly but surely, as our business grew, higher-dollar homes started coming at us more and more until we found ourselves leading the luxury market, consistently in front of people ready to sell their multi-million-dollar homes and wanting us to be the ones to list them. We love the luxury market and are thrilled to be an industry leader in that regard, but we still (and always will) have a huge place in the heart of our business for the homes that range all around Portland metro’s average price-point. We have also really loved working with our builders who continue to value what we add to their businesses, and that has grown to be a huge chunk of our business and has helped us tremendously in more ways than we could have ever imagined.
