We began using Altos Research, a powerful analytics platform that tracks housing data weekly to give us the most current snapshot of local market trends. Unlike traditional MLS or government data that often lag behind, Altos delivers real-time insight so we can identify shifts as they happen and guide our clients with confidence.
We also strengthened our social media presence with more cinematic property videos, home tours and behind-the-scenes content. Our collaboration with Around the House NW brought select listings to television, giving our clients exposure few agents can offer.
Our partnership with Spearhead Media has taken visual storytelling to a new level. Their Emmy-nominated team produces cinematic videos, aerial footage and day-to-night transitions that highlight each property’s personality and lifestyle. Together, we showcased two of our most exceptional listings to date — a $10 million estate on Fielding Road and a $7 million home on Old River Landing — both setting a new bar for luxury marketing in our region.
Our relationship with White Glove Home Staging continues to elevate presentation for every listing. With access to premium furnishings and professional design expertise at preferred pricing, we ensure each home connects with buyers the moment they walk through the door.
We also launched our Seller Blueprint, a complete guide that walks homeowners through the selling process from preparation to closing. Looking ahead, our Buyer Blueprint will soon join it, offering the same clarity and structure for buyers ready to make their next move.
This year I was also honored to speak at multiple events across Oregon and Southwest Washington, from Bend and Eugene to Hood River, Vancouver and Portland. Sharing our systems and strategies with fellow professionals has been both humbling and inspiring, and it reinforces our commitment to constant improvement for the clients we serve.
Premiere Refresh - We partnered with a bank to be one of the few brokerages in our area that will loan any home seller up to $50,000 with no payments due until close of escrow so they can work on their house, prep it, stage it, etc.
