I have access to Coming Soon listings through the local MLS. This allows us to provide a sneak peek at new homes that are about to go on the market. I am also uniquely able to bring many off-market buying opportunities to my buyer clients that no other agents have access to nor are even aware of for that matter. This is a huge added perk of working with an agent that is a Partner and marketing leader for Oregon & SW Washington's largest real estate brokerage.
We have many industry contacts who promote their off-market inventory of homes to us before they are ever listed for sale. This includes the foreclosure inventory of many banks, distressed sellers with upcoming short-sales and our vast networks of other realtors in the area who give us — as Oregon & SW Washington’s largest brokerage — first access to their future listings.
For these reasons, I will frequently connect a buyer with a desirable home well before it has ever had a chance to go onto the open and competitive market.
