Gratitude for Growth, Change, and New Adventures!

This year has brought about plenty of changes, and while change can often feel daunting, I’ve focused on the positive aspects. Our team has evolved in incredible ways, and I’ve seen our collective energy and focus push us forward, even when the market has been challenging. The shift in the real estate industry, including the changes at the national level with NAR, has been a blessing in disguise. Despite the challenging housing market and recent changes, we’ve opened up new doors, allowed for growth and are having our most successful year to date. Change isn’t always easy, but it’s often where the magic happens.

One of the greatest blessings this year is my continued leadership with PPG. I am truly thankful for the opportunity to work with such talented individuals who are committed to making a positive impact in our industry. Leading events like the Oregon Education Summit in April at OMSI, the Washington Education Summit last month, and luxury masterminds has been a highlight. It’s so fulfilling to share knowledge, help others grow, and see the amazing outcomes that come from these collaborative efforts. The energy and passion of these events are contagious, and I’m proud to be part of them.

Perhaps the most important part of my year, though, has been spending quality time with my daughter, Georgie. Watching her grow, discover new things, and share in so many adventures has been a source of immense joy. We’ve had an amazing year — from trips to Disneyland and the beach, to exploring the aquarium, zoo, and OMSI, to camping trips and fun at Bullwinkle’s. There’s always something exciting happening in Georgie’s world, and her enthusiasm is infectious.
