  • Fun Fact: Sydney invests enough hours volunteering for the KSO (Korean Society of Oregon) to warrant an entire additional full-time job! She does great work for her community and balances both of her passions beautifully.

  • Fun Fact: Nicole is the matriarch of a family of superheroes. Her husband, Derek, played professional baseball before beginning his financial advisor career. Together, they have three very talented and athletic children.

  • Fun Fact: Robert is a triplet and even though he looks like he came straight out of G Q Magazine, he actually grew up on his family’s farm in Madras, Oregon!

  • Fun Fact: Jenn makes the sun shine brighter. Her life experience is impressive enough, then add in the fact that her husband is one of our most valued vendors as a handyman, and we feel like we hit the jackpot with this one.

• Mike Hickman, Broker – Licensed in Oregon

  • Fun Fact: Even well into his seventies, Mike is an avid dirt biker. He managed a Harley Davidson dealership for many years and is the man, the myth, and the legend that is responsible for Steve Nassar realizing his incredible talent in sales.

  • Fun Fact: Flip’s real name is Felicia, but she has always gone by Flip. She traveled with more bands than most of us have even seen live in concert and ran a successful real estate team in California before relocating to Oregon!

  • Fun Fact: Alex is Steve’s youngest brother and an anchor on our team. Their mom used to bake pies for the King of Jordan!

  • Fun Fact: Kristen is a twin! She loves to run marathons in her spare time and works hard to make our team run smoothly.

• Maliah Starr, Listings Manager (unlicensed)

  • Fun Fact: Maliah used to race mountain bikes and placed top three in various races! She is now a proud mom to two little kiddos.

• Kari Benshoof, Preferred Lender at Directors Mortgage

  • Fun Fact: Kari has a little Shih Tzu named Charlie who thinks he is a human!

  • Fun Fact: Patti is responsible for all the beautiful marketing that our clients always rave about. Because marketing is one of Steve Nassar’s biggest passions, she’s consistently at the top of the team’s favorite people list!
