Street of Dreams - 2022 Wine Country Tour Edition

This year, Street of Dreams is coming to Newberg, Oregon for the 2022 Wine Country Tour Edition. Offering tours of some of the most beautiful homes ever built with stunning views. Whether or not you've ever attended a Street of Dreams event, this is definitely one you won't want to miss!

The event runs from July 23 to August 14, 2022, with the main block party event on July 20th, 2022.

Experience Inspired Taste

NW Natural Street of Dreams has created a new experience for 2022 - a Wine Country Tour Edition! Find six stunning wine country-inspired homes, with four homes on a main site in Newberg and two bonus homes in nearby McMinnville! This is the year to experience Inspired Taste at the NW Natural Street of Dreams!

Rose Pointe Estates, a six-lot, hilltop community just outside Newberg with sweeping, 360-degree wine country views will anchor the show. Here you will find three, $3+ million-dollar custom homes built by Del Boca Vista, Luke Belanger LLC and Elite Development Northwest. A spectacular fourth home, also by Elite Development Northwest, is located adjacent to event parking a short distance from Rose Pointe Estates.

New this year, two additional bonus homes located in McMinnville built by Secor Homes and Mike Riddle Construction will be showcased at separate locations for self-guided tours! These homes are a short distance from each other in McMinnville near Baker Creek. Bonus homes are open to the public on weekends only.
