It’s that time of year again, and this summer feels a little different.

The NW Natural Street of Dreams is celebrating its 50th anniversary, and for those who have followed this event over the years, that milestone genuinely means something. For five decades, this show has set the standard for residential design and craftsmanship in the Pacific Northwest, and the 2026 edition looks like it will be one for the books.

This year’s event runs July 30 through August 23, 2026, and returns to a single featured-site experience at Serres Farm in Oregon City. The setting is beautiful, and the lineup of builders this year is exceptional.

For the first time in the event’s 50-year history, a townhome community is being featured alongside the traditional showcase homes. Forrest Ridge Homes is presenting 28 townhomes on site, with three and four bedroom layouts, semi-custom interiors, and pricing starting in the low $500s. For anyone who has wondered what attainable, well-designed housing actually looks like in today’s market, walking through an entire community built to this standard is going to be eye-opening.

And then there are the signature showcase homes, which never disappoint.

This year is especially exciting because Premiere Property Group’s own Eileen Hutchinson has a listing in the show: The Altier, designed and built by Devin Dougherty of Designer Built Homes. It is a 3,875 square foot home set atop Serres Farm, with dramatic glass walls, a gourmet chef’s kitchen, a stunning primary suite, two covered outdoor living spaces, and a spa-grade outdoor sauna. At $1,999,999, it is a remarkable home and a genuine showcase of what is possible when a builder puts artistry and care into every detail. Having a Premiere Property Group listing represented at an event of this magnitude is something the whole team is proud of.

Whether you are dreaming about your next home, curious about what new construction looks like across different price points, or simply want to enjoy one of the best summer outings the Portland area has to offer, the Street of Dreams is always worth the trip. It has been a great event for date nights, weekends with friends, and family outings.

As always, if you or someone you know is thinking about buying, selling, or just has questions about the market, I am only a call or text away. I would love to help however I can!
