On April 20th, I was honored to be one of the headline presenters at the Fifth Annual Oregon Education Summit held at the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry. I led a 90-minute presentation focused on securing and successfully marketing luxury listings as part of an incredible day for our brokerage, agents, and the future of luxury real estate across the Pacific Northwest.


This year’s event brought together more than 1,400 agents from 23 offices across the region, all under one roof in downtown Portland. Honestly, OMSI could not have been a better venue for an event of this scale. From the massive auditorium to the energy throughout the building, it created an atmosphere that felt exciting and collaborative from the moment the day began.

 

One of the major highlights of the day was unveiling the new Platinum Playbook and the continued rollout of Premiere Property Group’s luxury platform. My presentation focused heavily on the systems, preparation, presentation, and marketing strategies required to compete at the highest levels of the market, while also introducing unique luxury signage, elevated staging collaborations, refined marketing materials, and additional tools designed to help our agents create a truly world-class experience for sellers.

Bringing together that many agents and industry leaders in one room creates an incredible exchange of ideas and energy that ultimately benefits the clients and communities we serve throughout Oregon and SW Washington.

 

 

For me personally, it was an honor to share the stage with so many talented professionals and contribute to a day centered around raising the standard of real estate marketing and client experience across the region. Events like this are a reminder that education, adaptability, and collaboration remain some of the most important tools in our industry.
