Since 1975, the Home Building Association of Greater Portland has been hosting this highly-anticipated event at varying locations throughout the area, featuring the latest and greatest home trends in the Pacific Northwest. Each show home reflects the unique and professional talent of the builders, designers, craftspeople, and landscape architects that make this event possible.

This year, the format will be a bit different with 12 builders and 18 homes on tour in different locations across Portland metro and surrounding areas. One ticket will still provide access to all locations on tour in August 2024 any time during the show hours. The show will still feature the luxury custom homes the event is known for, but this year, there will also be showcase luxury remodels, condominiums, and apartments, plus some exciting bonus features.

While industry insiders might have a more compelling reason to feel as if they should go, it is something open to the public and widely enjoyed by all. I highly encourage you to attend and experience the event yourself, whether you are someone who attends every year or will be going for the very first time, and I will Venmo you $50 just for going!
